Sunny Overview LLC is a Qualified Vendor contracted with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), providing person-centered residential services that promote independence, safety, and community inclusion. Our Developmental Home programs are designed to provide structured, community-based residential environments that promote independence, life skill development, emotional growth, and overall well-being. Whether serving children or adults, our approach focuses on safety, dignity, accountability, and individualized support aligned with each person’s Individual Support Plan (ISP).

Sunny Overview LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers committed to delivering person-centered support.
The CDH program provides a safe, stable, and nurturing family environment for children with developmental disabilities who cannot live with their biological families. Placements are coordinated through the Arizona Department of Economic Security Division of Developmental Disabilities DDD and may be temporary or long term depending on each child’s needs.
Our goal is to provide supportive care while working toward family reunification or adoption whenever possible.
We serve children from birth through age 18 with developmental disabilities including Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Epilepsy.
Each Child Developmental Home supports up to three children, allowing for individualized attention, consistency, and a caring home environment that promotes growth, safety, and emotional well being.
